What we handle
Garden homes on the quieter Palm fronds, with a plot and beach access; single-level penthouses on the Boulevard; and a few high residences in DIFC written as a weekday lease. Villa communities where the street is still residential.
Market
The main market, and where the office sits. Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, DIFC, and a short list of villa areas.
Dubai is the main market. The work here is residential: rebuilt garden homes on Palm Jumeirah, a small number of Downtown penthouses, and apartments in DIFC. Purchase is the usual brief. We take a lease when the building itself is what the client needs, for example a furnished three-bedroom in DIFC, with an indoor walk to Gate Avenue, used during the week.
On the site now: a rebuilt garden villa on Frond N, about 7,200 sq ft, private beach access, vacant, freehold; a single-level penthouse of about 4,800 sq ft in a Boulevard building, one terrace; and a high-floor three-bedroom at Central Park, let by the year, furnished, about 2,150 sq ft.
The villas and the Downtown penthouse are freehold. DIFC is a yearly lease. We work with listing brokers who already have the house, and with owners who want it shown privately.
