What we look at, how price works, and what to send if you have a listing.
Realty Agent Partners is a private brokerage based in Dubai. The work is residential, for private clients, with Dubai as the main market.
We look at residential houses and apartments a private client can live in or hold. Dubai is first: Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, DIFC, and established villa areas. In the United States we work in New York and San Francisco; in Europe, London and Paris. We are not a general search across those cities. Each listing is a specific building, usually already with a listing broker, and we take it on when we know the house and the papers.
There is no published minimum. Price is decided with the house in front of us. Off-plan that is still a drawing is usually too early. A property that has already been shown on every portal can still be sent, but there needs to be a reason it has not moved, or there is little we can add.
Send a short note or a single PDF to the contact address. We need the address, the tenure, the asking price, and photographs of the rooms, including the approach, the reception, the kitchen, and the bedrooms. A portal link without those things does not give us enough to go on.
If the listing is a fit, we reply with questions or a time to talk. If it is not, we say so.
